Hey Dave,

I don't think making a shared account for this project is a good idea. Google Docs has great collaborative tools designed for multiple user accounts, but I'm not sure about how it handles several people editing the same document at the same time using the same account. There could be conflicts saving and whatnot.

Since the bulk of the work is in preparing the material for publication, it seems logical to start there... finding a venu for publishing will be relatively straightforward.

A good place to start would just be to find someone who's really a fan, and offer a percentage of evenutal profits against some copy editing, organization and name-changing.
